Your Library Technician this year is Miss Bettencourt. She has worked in HDSB libraries for nearly 5 years. She has also previously worked in Sheridan College, HCDSB and Environment Canada libraries. She holds a Library Technician Diploma from Mohawk College with a specialization in children's literature and school libraries, as well as an English Degree through Queens University.
